How we handle your information.

Information we collect

This notice covers l-ttec.com, operated by Luttrell Technologies LLC under the L-TTEC. brand. You do not need an account to use the website. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message; company name is optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email and keep records of our replies and follow-up.

Please keep sensitive or confidential information out of your initial inquiry. Our hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and referring pages, to deliver and protect their services.

Website analytics

Only after you accept analytics do we load Cloudflare Web Analytics on l-ttec.com to understand visits, page views, approximate visitor countries, referring websites, browser and device types, and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as using no analytics cookies, local-storage identifiers, or browser fingerprinting. We do not use session replay or advertising trackers.

Separately, we keep aggregate crawler counts for traffic that passes through Cloudflare's network. This reporting does not depend on visitor analytics consent: automated crawlers do not use the consent banner. Crawler names can be based on a request's claimed identity and do not identify every scraper. Visit counts are measurements, not a list of identifiable people, and may be incomplete or estimated. We do not send contact-form contents to the analytics service or link analytics reports to inquiry records.

How we use information

• Improve site navigation, accessibility, reliability, and performance.
• Protect the website and supporting services from misuse.

Service providers

Formspree receives and stores contact-form submissions and sends notifications to our business email. Submitting the form takes you to Formspree for confirmation or an error message. Formspree may also process technical data to detect spam and protect the form.

Microsoft 365 handles our business email. Power Automate copies inquiry details into a private Microsoft Lists tracker hosted in SharePoint, where we manage status, follow-up dates, and notes. Inquiry details may also appear in automation run history. These records are not published on the website.

Microsoft Azure hosts the public website. Provider privacy statements explain their handling of information. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

Cloudflare provides website analytics and processes requests that pass through its network. Like other network providers, it receives technical information such as IP addresses when handling requests. We use a separate private Microsoft List for our reporting archive, which is limited to daily totals, country and crawler categories, and collection-status information.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, systems, customers, or the public.

Browser storage and your choices

Optional visitor analytics is off by default. Choose Accept analytics to turn it on or Reject analytics to leave it off. The Privacy settings control in the footer lets you change or withdraw your choice. Both choices are saved in your browser's local storage for 180 days, after which we ask again. Earlier consent for Microsoft Clarity does not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics. If we cannot read or save a valid choice, visitor analytics stays off.

We also save your light or dark theme in your browser's local storage. You can change the theme using the site controls or remove the saved setting by clearing the website's browser data. This setting is not used to track you.

Our analytics loader stays off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or enables Do Not Track, even if you previously accepted analytics. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics requests and reloads the page. It does not erase reports already collected. These choices do not stop the network requests and technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, the separate aggregate crawler counts, or information you choose to submit through the contact form. You can clear cookies and settings through your browser. Formspree and other external websites have their own browser storage and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to serve legitimate business needs described in this notice or meet legal obligations. These needs include responding to inquiries, managing business relationships, and analyzing inquiry trends and outcomes to improve our services. Retention depends on the type of information, its continuing usefulness for those purposes, our relationship with you, and applicable legal requirements.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify individuals for longer-term analysis, where permitted by law. Our daily website reporting archive has no fixed deletion date and is kept for long-term trend analysis while it remains useful for that purpose. It excludes visitor IP addresses, individual visitor identifiers, raw request logs, and inquiry contents.

Our inquiry workflow does not automatically delete email and tracker copies after a set period. Deletion is handled separately in each service; removing a tracker entry does not remove its email or Formspree copy. You can request deletion using the contact details below, subject to applicable law and retention requirements.

Formspree, Microsoft, and Cloudflare apply their own retention rules to service records and backups. Removing Microsoft Clarity from this website does not itself erase analytics previously collected. Any remaining Clarity records are subject to Microsoft's retention and deletion processes.

The public website and form submission use HTTPS, and the inquiry tracker requires an authorized Microsoft 365 account. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly use it to collect personal information from children.

Questions or requests

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided directly, email hello@l-ttec.com. We may need to verify your request and identify the relevant records. We respond subject to applicable law and any retention requirements. We may update this notice as the website or its services change and will revise the effective date when we do.
