FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Answers about our services, working together, and getting started.

What can L-TTEC. help with?

We help organizations solve problems and develop ideas through engineering and technology. Our work includes system design and integration, analysis and testing, software, AI consulting, and automation. Explore Engineering Services and Business Solutions for common starting points.

Do I need a finished specification to get started?

No. Tell us what you want to achieve, what is happening now, and any limits you already know about. We’ll help clarify the problem and agree on the work.

Can I start with consulting or advice alone?

Yes. You can start with advice alone, including AI consulting. You receive the agreed analysis or recommendations and a walkthrough. If you want implementation afterward, we agree on that work and its cost separately.

Can you work with our existing software and systems?

We start by reviewing what you already use, how it connects, and any access or technical limits. We identify proposed changes and additional software costs before you commit.

What will we receive at the end of a project?

We agree on what you’ll receive before work begins. Depending on the project, this may include written advice, models, analysis, test results, or a working tool. You also receive documentation and a walkthrough covering how to use the result and its limitations.

How are cost and schedule determined?

They depend on the work involved, its complexity, the access needed, and what you’ll receive. We agree on cost, schedule, and how to check the result before work begins.

Do you support government programs and teaming?

Yes. We offer engineering, technical analysis, software, and test support for government programs and prime-contractor teams. See Government & teaming to discuss a requirement or opportunity.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

We review your message and reply by email to ask any follow-up questions and discuss next steps. If we can help, we agree on the work, cost, and what you’ll receive before starting. Keep sensitive or confidential information out of your first message.
